  +While I find the facilities, employees and the quality of their work to be excellent, I find Mr. Nay's integrity of providing the agreed services and loyalty to the deceased wishes and desire sorely lacking. I am 72 years old and have attend many services at Morgan & Nay since their inception. I have always considered their services to be of the highest caliber. Unfortunately this was not the case for my mother. She expressed her desires in writing to Mr Nay in 1998.Time changes many things, but with time mother changed her mind on one thing, she desired a Graveside Private Family Service. All siblings agreed with those expressed desires while in the accompaniment of Mr Nay. He well understood, No Viewing, No Service at the Funeral Chapel, a private graveside service. Well as in many families there is always one who desires to have things their way and we are no exception. After sitting in a meeting and agreeing on all the details we left. Services were the next day at 3pm. I was the first sibling to arrive and very much to my dismay I found the Chapel all set up for a service, mother's casket was open for viewing and a service had been planned at the facility. No previous communications were made to my older sister or myself, I cannot say about my other 2 younger sisters. Apparently one or both took it upon themselves to confer with Mr Nay and change the service to something Mother absolutely did not want. The Pall Bearers, the viewing, the service in the Chapel all changed His excuse is it was raining, and the grave collapsed. I never believed him for a second. Funeral Services are held rain or shine, I have attended several in heavy rain, conducted by Morgan & Nay! Upon arrival at the burial site I saw the grave was covered to keep the rain out, the vault and a tent was in place close to the grave because of the mud, I am sure. The area around the grave was intact and there were no signs indicating any collapse. Mr Nay knowingly changed the service plans at the request of either one or both of our younger sisters and without my older sister's or my knowledge or approval. Our Mother was disrespected, my older sister was and still is emotionally distraught, and I am trying to grieve while dealing with these adverse emotions brought on by the disrespectful, uncaring and self-serving actions of Mr Nay. He simply does not possess the intestinal fortitude to stand up and do what's right. He thought it was far simpler cow-tow to a narcistic self-centered woman and conger up a BS story to cover his actions, than to do the correct and agreed thing! Words say very little compared to actions, which speak Volumes! Personal letter to follow.

  Very organized and beautiful decor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking spots are a little tight for bigger vehicles.

  The people here are phenomenal. They are kind, friendly and most importantly, they are positive. During times when a loved one has passed away, they do a great job at reading your feelings. They mourn with you when appropriate and laugh with you when the time is right. This facility can handle a wide range of needs. The people are just so accommodating.

  This is an amazing funeral home. The staff is excellent. I can not say enough about the facility and the people!
